Download the XRange source files from  GitHub.

Extract the archive in Examples there are subdirectories with the project files for different IDEs.

Open the project file for your preferred IDE  (Example with EmBlocks).

The project file is configured to work with the ST-link/V2, press F8 or from menu Start/stop Debug Session to upload the firmware to the board.

In case you use different JTAG probe go to Debug -> Interfaces to setup you JTAG tool.
